Someone once said; "Honest is a very expensive gift, don't expect it from cheap people."
My purpose here is not to tell who are expensive and who are not.
The Bible clearly tells us who are those expensive people:
".......ye were not redeemed with corruptible things, as silver and gold,..... But with the precious blood of Christ......"
.......1PETER 1:18.
Our life is to glorify God. To do so is to always be true to our words. In the world we are in, there is a strong temptation to think that keeping our words is not really important. After all, many people do not expect it of us. To lie, cheat, and misrepresent truth is common in our society.
*Christians ought not to live dishonestly.*
If you're tempted by the world's ambitions and entertainment, remember how *EXPENSIVE YOU ARE.*
If you have made a commitment, keep it.
If non-Christians can trust us in business, they will have more reason to believe us when we present the Gospel to them.
The Bible gives priceless instructions for everyday living. But if we are not true to our words, all else is done in vain.
As a Child of God, I would like to remind you that, Daddy always stands true to His Word.
NB: God always stands true to His Word. Do You?
